Acceptable use, creator consent and age verification

What the platform may be used for, what it may not, and the gate every creator record clears before it can send a message.

Before a creator record can go live in OFM Chatbot, two gates must be cleared: a signed model release and age verification, both stored against the creator record and timestamped. This is a hard block, not a checkbox — an unverified creator cannot be enabled, so no conversation can run and no media can be sold under that profile. Agencies need this for two reasons. The first is survival: payment processors, app stores and Telegram itself act on unverified adult content, and a documented consent trail is what an agency produces when a review arrives. The second is separation. Consent records, age verification and a per-market AI disclosure setting are the clearest line between a professional operation and grey-market tooling that assumes nobody will ask. Fans in the EU and UK can also request deletion of their conversation history, which is removed while aggregate revenue figures remain intact.

The consent gate

Each creator record stores, before it can be enabled:

  • A signed release from the person depicted, covering the media the agency will distribute and the operation of an AI persona in their name.
  • Verified proof that the person depicted was over 18 at the time the media was produced.
  • Who signed, what they signed, and when.

These records export with the rest of your data on every plan, so you can produce them during a processor or platform review, or file them alongside the 18 U.S.C. § 2257 records a US-facing agency already keeps.

Permitted use

  • Operating conversations on Telegram for adult creators who have given documented consent, through a bot or a Telegram Business connection the account owner authorised.
  • Selling media the agency has the rights to distribute, behind a Telegram Stars paywall.
  • Replying to conversations a fan initiated.

Prohibited use

  • Any creator profile depicting a person who has not consented, or whose age is not verified. This includes profiles built from scraped or purchased media.
  • Impersonating a real person who is not a consenting creator under contract with you.
  • Any content involving minors, non-consensual material, or content that is illegal in the markets you operate in.
  • Suppressing a legally required AI disclosure, or representing to a fan that they are speaking to a human when the AI is answering.
  • Unsolicited mass messaging or broadcast. The platform does not provide it, and building it externally against a OFM Chatbot-connected account is a breach.
  • Soliciting money for purposes other than the media being sold — including emergency, medical or investment pretexts.

Enforcement

We will suspend a workspace that breaches this policy. Where a breach involves a person who has not consented or is not verifiably an adult, suspension is immediate and does not wait for a response. We would rather lose the account than be part of the chain.
