Terms of service
The agreement between your agency and OFM Chatbot: what you are licensing, what you owe, and what each side may end.

What you are licensing
A non-exclusive right to use the OFM Chatbot panel and conversation infrastructure for the number of creators your plan covers. The licence is per creator, not per operator — your whole team works in one workspace at no extra cost.
What you owe
- A flat licence fee per active creator, billed monthly and renewing until cancelled.
- Conversation usage, drawn from a workspace balance you top up in advance by card or cryptocurrency. The cost per conversation is shown before you enable a creator.
We take no percentage of what your creators earn. Fan payments in Telegram Stars settle to your Telegram balance and never pass through us or through the workspace balance.
Your obligations
You are the controller of your fans’ data and the party responsible for the content you distribute. In particular you must comply with acceptable use, including the creator consent and age-verification gate, and with the disclosure requirements described in AI disclosure for every market you operate in.
What belongs to you
Your scripts, personas, media, fan records and transaction history are yours. They export as CSV or JSON on every plan, with no export fee and no lock-in period. We do not use your conversations to train models we sell to anyone else.
Availability
The platform depends on Telegram, and Telegram’s rate limits, policy changes and outages are outside our control. Agency plans carry an SLA; other plans are provided as-is. Current operational state is on the status page.
Ending it
You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the billing period. Unspent workspace balance is refundable minus processing costs. We may suspend or terminate a workspace that breaches acceptable use; where the breach involves a person who has not consented or is not verifiably an adult, suspension is immediate.
