Privacy policy

What data OFM Chatbot holds, where it lives, how long it stays, and how deletion works.

Draft — accurate to how the product is designed, but not yet reviewed by counsel. It will be finalised before the platform processes production data.

Three kinds of person

This policy separates them because their rights and our obligations differ.

  • Operators — the people at an agency who use the panel. We are the controller for their account data.
  • Creators — the talent an agency manages. We hold their persona details and consent records as a processor on the agency’s instructions.
  • Fans — Telegram users in conversation with a creator. We process their data as a processor; the agency is the controller.

What we hold

  • Operator accounts — name, email, organisation, and authentication data.
  • Creator records — persona configuration, media, scripts, and the signed release and age-verification documents described in acceptable use.
  • Fan records — Telegram user ID, username and display name where Telegram provides them, conversation history, purchase history, and any notes an operator adds.
  • Transactions — amount in Telegram Stars, the creator, the script and the step. We never see or store a fan’s card details; Telegram processes the payment.
  • Disclosure log — which fan received an AI-disclosure notice, in which placement, and when.

Deletion

A fan in the EU or UK exercising their right to erasure has their conversation history, display name, username and operator notes deleted. What survives is the transaction row with the fan identifier replaced by an irreversible pseudonym, so aggregate revenue, unlock rate and per-script attribution still reconcile and the agency’s accounts do not silently change. Requests reach us through the agency, or directly at legal@ofmchatbot.com.

Retention

  • Conversation history — for as long as the workspace is active.
  • Consent and age-verification records — for the period required by the applicable record-keeping rules, and not deleted with the creator record.
  • Transactions and ledger entries — retained for the statutory accounting period.
  • Deleted workspaces — purged 30 days after deletion, except where the two items above require otherwise.

Export

Fans, conversations, transactions, script performance and consent records export as CSV or JSON from the workspace, on every plan, with no export fee.
